Respond to and resolve incoming client technical support issues in a courteous, professional and timely manner.
Fundamental Components:
Receive incoming client issues via phone, email, alerts, etc. and work to resolution or escalation.
Regularly communicate status with customer and track updates using the appropriate tools.
Assume full ownership of incoming support requests.
Ensure high-level customer satisfaction by researching/analyzing, identifying problem areas and recommending corrective action.
Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware/system or configuration related issues.
Utilize diagnostic tools, product\tool documentation, and all other customer configuration information in the assessment and resolution of issues.
Participate in support on-call rotation.
Required Skills
A minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support role
Strong technical ability to troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
Organized and skilled at multi-tasking
Strong verbal/written communication skills
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
